Well, it seems like an eternity since they started the construction across the street. Even though the men have been there everyday for about 3 weeks it doesnt look like they will be done anytime in the near future. Now you may be asking yourself why is this post named driveway drama. Well, we are getting there. Everyday it seems like more trucks and cars appear. Well, we have as many cars as a used car lot at our house (this alone makes parking interesting) and the construction company has enough cars to supply a small nation, we often find ourselves parking around the corner. We have learned the new concept, "if you want a good parking spot you get it and dont move." Besides the lack of parking the very little parking there is usually taken up by the big construction machines. In the past few days the parking has gotten particularly bad. Big truckes have been parking in front of driveways. Even with polite notes and gentle reminders it is still a problem. If you have to leave you need to make an appointment with them to move the machines and still plan on a 30 min delay.
Now you can see why it is the Driveway Drama. Oh when will the suffering end.

As for those construction people, I give you permission to vandalize their cars.
